Engagements range from a free 15-minute Discovery Call to multi-week diagnostics in the $10,000–$75,000+ range depending on organization size. Our hourly Strategy Session rate is $1,500/hr with a 1-hour minimum. The Orchestration Maturity Diagnostic is tiered: Small (<250 employees) starts at $10K, Mid-market (250–2,500) ranges $25K–$75K, and Enterprise is custom-quoted. The Strategy AI Advisor retainer is from $8K/month with a 3-month minimum. Specific pricing is confirmed during the Discovery Call based on your scope.

We work with clients nationally and internationally, both virtually and on-site. Most engagements are virtual, with on-site sessions for kickoffs, workshops, and milestone reviews.
