Common questions
What is relationship mapping?
Relationship mapping, also called organizational network analysis (ONA) or social network analysis (SNA), shows who people go to for advice, information, and help. We survey a group, map the connections, and report who holds the network together and where knowledge gets stuck.
Do you offer fractional AI leadership?
Yes. For organizations that are not ready to hire a full-time AI leader, we work with executives as a fractional AI advisor, with regular check-ins, roadmap review, and help evaluating vendors.
How do you work with executive teams?
Your leadership team takes a short survey built on our published Orchestration Maturity Framework. Within one week of the survey closing, we give your executives a briefing and a written report on where you stand and what to do first.
Can you evaluate a grant-funded program?
Yes. We plan the evaluation with you, collect and analyze the data, and write a report funders can use. Relationship mapping can show which connections your program created.

Where are you located?
We are based in Johnston County, North Carolina, in the Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle, and work with organizations across the United States, Canada, and internationally.
Which tools and AI models do you use?
We work in Python, R, Microsoft tools, and Google Workspace. We are model agnostic: when a project needs AI, we use open-weight or proprietary models, whichever fits your project best.
