Jeanne McClure, PhD

Founder & AI Principal

Jeanne brings over five years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a research focus on AI fluency, responsible AI adoption, and how organizations can move from awareness to genuine capability. She holds a PhD from North Carolina State University and is currently completing an MS in Data Science at the University of West Florida.

Her work spans both academic research and applied consulting. She has published at venues including the International Conference on Educational Data Mining (EDM), useR!, Women in Data Science (WiDS), and Voxel51's Women in AI series. As a postdoctoral researcher at NC State's Data Science Academy (DSAI), she developed training programs and conducted research on AI integration in STEM education.

Jeanne founded Ars Innovate to bridge the gap between AI research and organizational practice. She works directly with higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, and businesses to assess AI readiness, build fluency, and implement responsible AI strategies that actually work.
