Our approach is grounded in research. Our founder developed the Orchestration Maturity Framework, a peer-reviewed model for diagnosing enterprise AI capability across five pillars and three developmental stages, drawn from systematic synthesis of 21 foundational sources and surveys of nearly 10,000 organizational leaders. Every engagement we deliver runs on that framework. Every recommendation has citations behind it.
We work in two divisions. The Consulting Practice delivers diagnostics, strategy sessions, multi-week readiness engagements, and ongoing advisory for organizations shipping production AI. The Applied Lab is currently in private pilot, building production AI tools tied to specific industry verticals. Lab products are available to a small number of pilot partners ahead of public launch.
